GlowAssistant.ai bietet digitale AI-Dienstleistungen an, insbesondere virtuelle Assistenten für die Beauty-Branche.

3. Preise und Zahlung
Alle Preise verstehen sich in Euro. Die Bezahlung erfolgt monatlich im Voraus per Kreditkarte oder PayPal. Kein Mindestlaufzeit – monatlich kündbar.

4. Widerrufsrecht
Als digitale Dienstleistung beginnt die Leistungserbringung sofort nach Bestellung. Ein Widerrufsrecht ist daher ausgeschlossen.

5. Haftung
GlowAssistant.ai haftet nicht für indirekte Schäden oder entgangene Gewinne durch den Einsatz des AI-Assistenten. Die Nutzung erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung.

6. Änderungen der AGB
Wir behalten uns vor, diese AGB jederzeit zu ändern. Die jeweils gültige Version ist auf dieser Website veröffentlicht.

7. Gerichtsstand
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist Bad Homburg, Deutschland.

4. Right of Withdrawal
As a digital service, execution begins immediately after order. Therefore, the right of withdrawal is excluded.

5. Liability
GlowAssistant.ai is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits from the use of the AI Assistant. Usage is at your own risk.

6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version is published on this website.

7. Jurisdiction
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Bad Homburg, Germany.
